Job Summary
Conduct product deliveries across state territories while complying with traffic legislation and ensuring safe driving habits. Inspect vehicles before loading, secure goods during transport, and unload orders to verify product accuracy with clients. Serve as a brand ambassador by merchandising at accounts, attending promotional events, and educating budtenders on product knowledge and pricing. Manage monetary transactions, execute administrative reporting into CRM, and assist sales staff with marketplace feedback and inventory activities. Maintain ongoing communication with logistics managers and log daily tasks. Work a flexible schedule with potential overnight stays for longer routes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office

- Reliable personal vehicle
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Must obtain state required Cannabis permits, licenses, and/or certifications

- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Overnight stays when needed to support longer routes
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
