Job Summary
Coordinate travel logistics for NOP teams, including surgeons, specialists, and aviation crew, by arranging commercial flights, ground transportation, rentals, and accommodations. Plan pick-up and drop-off schedules with ground specialists to ensure efficient team transport and communicate itineraries clearly. Assist mission teams with requests and concerns while maintaining accurate records for reservations and airline ticket credits. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Work approximately 15 twelve-hour shifts per month on a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and 5 years professional work experience
- Associates degree and 3 years professional work experience
- Bachelors degree with experience gained from undergraduate work experience
- Customer service, travel, or logistics experience
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and a non-standard rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
