Job Summary
Maintain and manage inventory levels, track raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP), and generate release orders for rework, replacement, and scrap processing in SAP/ERP systems. Coordinate non-conforming material execution, receive incoming RMR materials, and create Gold work orders while monitoring floor SLOC. Monitor production flow, oversee WIP status, and prioritize critical parts to meet delivery commitments by liaising with shop-floor managers, quality, engineering, and program management to resolve bottlenecks. Ensure safe, efficient work areas meeting AS9100 safety, FOD, and ESD standards. Requires physical movement of up to 30-40 lbs. of hardware, potential shift flexibility, and a U.S. Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse, logistics or similar role
- Experience and ability to Lift 30-40 lb. hardware
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to be flexible for shift work or extended hours depending on business need
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SAP ERP System
- Experience in GOLD Gov't Tracking System
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
- Associate's Degree or higher
