Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle supply operations including receiving, inspecting, inventoring, storing, and issuing individual and organizational equipment. Manage automated supply systems via GCSS, AESIP, and SAP while maintaining precise physical and digital records for serial numbers and quantities. Operate a 4,000lb forklift to load transport trucks and handle heavy equipment such as weapons cases and supply totes. Provide technical guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate audits with the Supply Officer and Unit Commander. Requires Army supply background (92Y or 91A), valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time role at Picatinny Arsenal supporting DEVCOM AC logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Army supply background (92Y or 91A)
- Familiar with Army supply forms and regulations
- Familiar with issuing equipment
- Familiar with turning in equipment
- Familiar with inventory process
- Familiar with creating sub-hand receipts
- Familiar with prepping equipment for turn-in
- Familiar with Army Logistics Systems (ALS)
- Familiar with supply form
- Familiar with supply regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be US Citizen
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (OSHA limits) as required in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
- Ability to safely work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience working with GCSS Army or similar logistics systems
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other database / inventory software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges
- Army or Military experience in supply roles
