Job Summary
Manage the product pipeline from start to finish by generating vendor purchase orders, tracking inbound materials, and coordinating outbound customer deliveries. Update digital systems to keep sales and fabrication teams aligned on order statuses while issuing POs for materials and coordinating lead times with quarries. Plan and schedule FTL and LTL freight shipments, then connect with contractors to ensure job sites have the correct equipment for unloading heavy stone. Maintain accurate inventory by matching freight paperwork against open POs within our unique digital workflow. You will master a collection of different tools to support this hybrid role, with on-site presence at our fast-paced manufacturing facility and yard.
Required Qualifications
- Eager & Coachable: A strong desire to learn a specialized trade and a drive to constantly improve.
- High Digital Agility: Naturally comfortable navigating multiple digital tools simultaneously with high data accuracy.
- Proactive Communication: Excellent at problem-solving and updating the team before a delay becomes a crisis.
- Excited to work on-site at a fast-paced manufacturing facility and yard.
