Job Summary
Establish, lead, and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations supporting manufacturing and field projects in India. Build structured operational standards by coordinating procurement, production, and site delivery teams while overseeing warehouse management and internal transportation. Plan inventory for factory operations and project sites, proactively handling shortages, delays, and operational bottlenecks to ensure timely material availability. Manage, train, and develop local logistics teams to optimize processes in a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management and coordination in industrial or project environments
- Experience in establishing or upgrading logistics operations
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving and operational management skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
