Job Summary
Manage inbound logistics operations by handling shipments from booking to receipt in the JAM Inbound Management system, including customs, ocean, and other transport modes. Track and trace shipments daily, analyze lead time performance, and report on goods in transit while fulfilling logistics KPIs and dashboards. Prepare document packages for customs clearance, validate freight costs, and resolve receiving issues and claims with warehouse and transport companies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment-related issues, propose solutions for unexpected transportation situations, and support process improvements. Ensure shipping methods comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations while maintaining strong customer service relationships.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics/traffic coordination
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/JD Edwards) and Fresh Service
- Working knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- Fluently bilingual (English and French, spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team, autonomously, and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table, Teams, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow defined procedures and standards while learning new tasks and processes
Desired Qualifications
- International shipments
- Air or ocean import with freight forwarding experience
- CIFFA I & II certificates and CCS
- Dangerous Goods certificate and/or experience
- F&W / Lacey Act understanding of requirements
- Purchasing experience
- Passion for the transport industry and a drive to succeed
