Job Summary
Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring processes meet company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules, coordinate worker activities for optimal shift logistics, and monitor progress toward business objectives through regular team meetings. Accountable for site Key Performance Indications, implement health and safety initiatives, and manage performance evaluations with corrective actions as needed. Coach staff members, recognize successes, and maintain positive labor relations while fostering diversity and inclusion within the team.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment
- 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience
- DOT Regulated
