Job Summary
Logistics Supervisor leading picking and delivery teams to optimize order fulfillment, routing, and transportation costs while maintaining food and human safety standards. Oversees KPI tracking (on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover), conducts shift meetings, analyzes audit findings, and coaches staff on process controls, SOP compliance, and safe operations. Requires strong supervisory and communications skills, ability to manage cross-functional activities (warehouse, carriers, HR), and hands-on leadership on the production floor to drive efficiency and cost-conscious performance.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of successful supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Experience in logistics, distribution, and manufacturing
- Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint, data analysis, reporting
