Job Summary
supervise West Monroe logistics operations and travel to Shreveport as needed; oversee day-to-day courier performance, optimize routes and schedules, manage staff training and development, coordinate with outside logistics vendors, generate reports, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to fleet policies and service levels; requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3 years or more experience as a driver or courier
- 3 years or more experience as a supervisor or team lead
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years’ old
- Associates degree or higher (preferred)
