Job Summary
Coordinate operations and service levels while supporting management to optimize execution and delivery for customers. Administer all reporting to the corporate office and schedule and supervise branch staff. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend hiring and promotions, and resolve personnel issues through ongoing coaching. Tailor written and verbal communication to appropriate audiences and exercise initiative in multitasking roles. Requires a supply chain degree, three years of related experience, and one year in leadership. Full-time position with up to 100% national and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in supply chain and logistics
- 3+ years' experience in related field
- 1+ years' experience in leadership
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Familiar with logistics process
- National and International travel will be (up to ___%) required
- Regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
- No felony conviction (background check required)
