Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise a team that organizes moves for air, ocean, land and hazardous goods, ensuring compliance with local and international law. Oversee end-to-end logistics process including documentation for domestic/international movement; coordinate pre-inspection; analyze lane performance; negotiate with logistics providers; develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with area/region initiatives; evaluate RFPs and contracts (Incoterms); participate in hiring and employee development; and drive improvements for cost efficiency and service levels within Halliburton.
Required Qualifications
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience in related field of logistics with all transport modes (Ocean, Air and Land) to include hazardous cargo movements.
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or IT is preferred.
