Job Summary
Create and monitor delivery, service, and non-production plans to optimize service center resources. Plan and dispatch resources using routing technology to meet forecasted demand, while adjusting data to ensure accurate planning. Oversee tank monitor population, portal maintenance, and data integrity. Prioritize safety by addressing deficiencies immediately and serve as the on-call manager within the service center rotation. Collaborate with drivers, managers, and peers to improve replenishment targets and minimize delivery delays. Measure individual performance against KPIs, align employee schedules with demand, and ensure vehicle and personnel compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation management, or related field
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
- Must be able to work in a hands-on position reporting to the LOCATION Service Center location daily
- Must be available for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on operational needs and customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- One to three years of work-related experience, with experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred
