Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and service providers while managing the flow of goods through the entire supply chain for a multi-channel operation. Oversee scheduling and routing of external vendor shipments, coordinate with internal resources for on-time delivery, and partner with Warehouse and Operations teams to execute daily order processing. Monitor supply chain metrics to identify cost savings opportunities, manage compliance chargebacks and appeals, and maintain logistics policies and procedures. Work with loading and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and cost targets are met. 100% onsite at 300 Park Avenue, Warminster, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of management experience in logistics coordination
- Bachelor's degree in business discipline or logistics
- Proven proficiency in a warehouse environment
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (advanced), etc.
- Ability to prioritize, solve complex problems and plan short and long term
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 100% Onsite
