Job Summary
Lead and motivate a logistics team of over 15 drivers, ensuring food safety as the top priority. Oversee strategic direction for logistics and supply chain, focusing on performance and quality at minimal cost. Plan and monitor multi-temperature warehousing activities, manage stock receiving, storage planning, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. Ensure compliance with regulations and operational safety protocols. Monitor employee performance, inventory accuracy, and uphold sanitation requirements, while offering a supportive work environment.

- Role models positive behaviors as well as change agent skills in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work with tight deadline and meet new and changing demands.
- Ability to identify the vision and produce goals with realistic plans to achieve them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to provide leadership.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment and/or freezer preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Requirements
- Available to work during weekend and holidays.
- Moderate physical activity required, including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous standing/walking.
