Job Summary
Manage Customer Service billing, invoice delivery, and discrepancy resolution for Baltics operations. Supervise 3PL activities including warehouse storage compliance, order management, and claims processing. Oversee inventory of finished goods and pallets, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and ensure accurate i-VAZ document entry. Lead a remote team member while instructing POs, GRs, and vendor invoices within SAP. Negotiate penalties and contract terms with customers to improve efficiency. Ensure correct documentation for transportation and waste management write-offs through the system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree level
- 3-5 years Supply Chain experience
- Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chains
- Good understanding of warehouse, distribution and waste management processes
- Quickly analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
- Transforms data and information into meaningful insights
- Exceptional computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English language
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Occasional travels across the Baltics
