Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily cross-dock operations (inbound/outbound flow, dock coordination, material handling) and supervise staffing/workload to achieve KPIs such as throughput and on-time delivery, while optimizing labor utilization and reducing operational waste. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, collaborate with production to align with requirements, and leverage WMS/ERP systems and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement in warehouse or cross-dock environments (preferably automotive industry).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations or cross-dock operations
- Cross-dock and warehouse operations management experience
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
- Transportation and logistics coordination experience
- Inventory control
- KPI tracking and analysis
- Basic Lean or continuous improvement principles
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments, preferably automotive industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
