Job Summary
Logistics Supervisor at Archmill House Inc. oversees day-to-day logistics operations across CAN and the United States, coordinating dispatch, optimizing transportation routes, ensuring ERP data integrity, and maintaining safety/regulatory compliance. The role includes developing department SOPs, managing relationships with carriers and third-party providers, leading a team of 5 floor associates, and driving efficiency and cost savings through process improvements and Lean Six Sigma principles.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Must have dispatcher experience.
- Experience in supervising teams and coordinating logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience utilizing Seradex ERP & Business Central
- Strong technical knowledge of millwork materials
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating reach/counterbalance forklift is required.
- MUST HAVE A VALID FORKLIFT LICENSE.
