Job Summary
Logistics Supervisor responsible for day-to-day Operations of Package Gas Drivers for Cylinder and Micro Bulk in the Mid West Canada (Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Thunder Bay, ON). Lead fleet planning and maintenance, ensure compliance with TDG and safety standards, validate expenses, supervise drivers, conduct safety meetings, and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams. Must coordinate routes, loading/unloading points, and ensure efficient distribution at lowest feasible cost while respecting regulatory requirements. Requires college diploma in logistics/operations management or related field, ISO quality system training, TDG training, and a Class 3+ driver license; strong leadership, planning, coaching, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Training: Quality System (ISO)
- TDG transportation of dangerous goods
