Logistics Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Plan, assign, and supervise daily work assignments for product movement, including loading and unloading trucks, while ensuring proper system transactions. Conduct daily communication meetings with hourly employees and implement and maintain 5S standards. Create and sustain a safe work environment by ensuring safe stock transportation and completing regular cycle counts. Continuously identify areas to reduce warehouse backorders, shipping errors, and costs, while resolving employee issues and implementing process improvements. Track and improve "Source Issues" to increase productivity and employee ownership.
