Job Summary
Lead and supervise logistics operations on 2nd shift, overseeing shipping/receiving, scheduling, inventory, quality and safety compliance, payroll data accuracy, and lean improvement initiatives (Leader Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, CI). Solidify communications between warehouse leadership, operations, and customers; manage resources, materials, and KPI-driven performance; ensure OSHA/ISO/SQF compliance and accurate timekeeping for direct reports; drive continuous improvement and a safety-first culture through Crescent Way practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years related experience or the equivalent
- Experience leading teams or projects preferred
