Job Summary
Lead day-to-day E-commerce logistics operations, including fulfillment, order flow, service quality, and inventory accuracy while managing final-mile delivery performance and carrier relationships. Collaborate with retail logistics and distribution center teams to align warehouse processes, transportation coordination, and KPI reporting across channels. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, system enhancements, and service quality. Monitor operational risks, resolve fulfillment exceptions, and negotiate service provider rates to ensure consistent service standards and P&L performance. Maintain flexibility to support business changes and after-hours demands as organizational needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Over five years of progressive logistics experience
- Strong understanding of EC logistics operations
- Proficient in warehouse management systems, transportation management tools, dashboards, and related logistics technologies
- Demonstrated ability to use performance metrics, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with external vendors, carriers, fulfillment partners, and internal stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with a results-oriented approach
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically across Canada as required
- Flexible availability with capacity to provide after-hours support in alignment with business demands
Desired Qualifications
- preferably with strong exposure to E-commerce fulfillment, final-mile delivery, warehouse operations, and partner management
- Experience collaborating with retail logistics, distribution centres, store replenishment, or multi-channel logistics operations
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic settings with minimal structural guidance and direct oversight
- French language proficiency
