Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate 2-3 third-party logistics employees for end-to-end material flow execution, including inbound receipts verification, outbound shipment processing, and internal warehouse operations. Document inventory overages and shortages while driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Planning teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and alignment on shipment priorities. Create and process outbound shipping documentation in SAP, maintain delivery schedules, and own inventory control processes including cycle counting and reconciliation. Provide daily direction, oversight, and performance feedback to 3PL personnel. Serve as the Materials KPI and data owner, ensuring integrity and reporting consistency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- ERP shipping and receiving experience
- Proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve common goals
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a background check
- Negative drug/alcohol test result required for employment
