Job Summary
Logistics Specialist for the WEXMAC 2.0 program responsible for reviewing task order solicitations for alignment with capabilities, conducting opportunity validation, sourcing and engaging vendors for quotes, coordinating vendor responses to meet requirements, and supporting pricing and proposal development. The role involves building and maintaining a vendor network across logistics and service domains, tracking proposal inputs and timelines in a rapid-response environment, and developing clear, compliant responses to task orders. Required are 3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, or federal contracting support, US citizenship, ability to pass a federal background check and obtain DoD clearance, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preference for experience supporting DoD or federal task orders, and a background in logistics or supply chain management.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment
- BS Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, business analysis, or federal contracting support
- Experience supporting proposal development, vendor sourcing, or operational planning
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
