Job Summary
Logistics Specialist – WEXMAC 2.0 supports win-ready proposals by reviewing solicitations, validating opportunities, sourcing vendors, coordinating responses, and contributing to pricing and compliant task-order proposals. The role requires federal contracting experience, DoD clearance eligibility, strong analytical/communication skills, vendor network development, and agile, deadline-driven collaboration across stakeholders to shape winning responses for logistics and service-domain solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, business analysis, or federal contracting support
- Experience supporting proposal development, vendor sourcing, or operational planning
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment
- BS Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
