Job Summary
Analyze logistics flows and develop practical plans to support production and distribution. Perform data analysis to determine opportunities for improvement in the logistics network, focusing on safety, quality, production, and material handling. Review and update procedures related to inventory and distribution, while helping select cost-effective transportation options for international shipments. Identify issues in daily operations and propose solutions, working closely with colleagues in operations and customer care to keep processes running smoothly. Partner with the finance team to understand freight costs and take customer requirements into account in daily decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or university degree
- Around 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations
- Good understanding of standard logistics processes and systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Practical mindset
- Ability to work independently within defined processes
- Clear communication skills
- Collaborative attitude
- Customer-focused way of thinking
- Fluent English
