Job Summary
Research, order, and track Government Furnished Material for ship maintenance support. Perform technical edit screening on material and service order requests while validating requisitions for ship missions, repairs, and allowances. Monitor ordered material status and maintain inventory accuracy across MSC warehouses, participating in cradle-to-grave tracking processes. Administer tasks, conduct team training, and ensure quality assurance. Develop, edit, and format technical guides and desk manuals. Maintain active SECRET clearance and report onsite in Norfolk, VA with up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10 to 14 years of demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and relevant experience in fleet sustainment logistics support services to fleet vessels of the MSC, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Coast Guard
- Experience with ship acquisition and fleet sustainment support services utilizing any of the following systems: MSC/Navy/Coast Guard/Commercial databases/systems as well as One Touch Supply, LogiQuest, or Haystack and FedMall
- Highly proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel
