Logistics Specialist

Review supplier quotations and supporting documents prior to issuing Purchase Orders, then manage the end-to-end PO process from issuance through closure. Coordinate with suppliers to expedite or defer materials, conduct price negotiations for tenders, and source third-party suppliers for products and services. Oversee PO receiving processes within the warehouse, perform administrative tasks, and conduct annual inventory counts while forecasting safety stock levels. Process sales order shipments within the ERP system, source freight services, and track shipment status and productivity metrics. Prepare customs-related documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations and reporting requirements. Requires a minimum degree with experience in procurement and logistics, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driving license.
