Job Summary
Logistics Specialist responsible for loading/unloading tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, staging at customer sites, and maintaining safe driving practices with a focus on customer service. Role includes operating equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), conducting inventory checks (cycle counts, labeling), ensuring vehicle and fleet compliance, handling Cash on Delivery transactions, and following TireHub safety standards. Requires handling tires up to 50 lbs, normal to extended shifts including weekends, valid driver’s license with driving history, and forklift certification maintenance. Position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver's license
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Must be able to repeatedly lift, pull, push and move tires up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification (must be able to maintain)
