Job Summary
Logistics Specialist (Material Handler/Delivery Driver) responsible for loading/unloading tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, staging products at customer locations, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, performing pre/post-trip inspections, maintaining safety standards, tallying and inspecting tires, handling COD payments, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and inventory accuracy. Requires valid driver’s license, 1+ year general work experience, at least 2 years of driving history, forklift certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekend shifts. Position includes warehouse duties, delivery to customer sites, inventory tasks, and adherence to TireHub safety and policy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history
- Must be 19 years old or older
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Forklift certification required or maintained
- Ability to load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Must follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
- Pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintaining logs for driver and vehicle maintenance
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Work up to 35 feet above ground level
- Ability to meet physical requirements for equipment compatibility
- Raised attention to safety and compliance with company policies
- GPS/Manifest familiarity
