Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally while managing logistical support for truck, rail, and barge shipments. Conduct daily data entry into the contract management system, including creating sales and purchase contracts, inputting shipment data, and maintaining accurate balances. Schedule inbound and outbound ingredient deliveries and communicate daily with local rail service. Assist with phone activity during high call volume periods and perform additional office duties as assigned. This full-time role supports the Commodity Merchandising team at Livestock Nutrition Center, which specializes in customized feeding programs for livestock producers.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree

- Ability to multitask
- Organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- High level of computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2-year Associates degree
- Truck scheduling and rate negotiation experience
- Agricultural experience
