Job Summary

Coordinate supply chain coordination and sustainment activities for government and defense programs, managing inventory control, asset accountability, and equipment distribution across operational environments. Oversee shipping, receiving, transportation, and warehousing functions while maintaining logistics records, databases, and documentation to ensure audit readiness. Support procurement coordination, material forecasting, and lifecycle sustainment planning by conducting inventory audits, equipment inspections, and reconciliation activities. Prepare logistics reports, status updates, metrics, and briefings for program leadership and government customers while ensuring compliance with federal, DoD, security, and transportation policies. Report to the Lead Logistics Manager and support contingency operations and deployment activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or sustainment operations within government or defense environments
  • Knowledge of logistics management principles
  • Knowledge of asset accountability
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems
  • Knowledge of transportation coordination processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Active Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or classified operational programs
  • Familiarity with government property management systems
  • Familiarity with logistics databases
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, DPAS, or similar systems
  • Experience supporting deployment operations
  • Experience supporting field logistics
  • Experience supporting contingency sustainment activities
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition
  • Knowledge of shipping
  • Knowledge of hazardous material handling
  • Knowledge of transportation compliance requirements
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Logistician (CPL)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, or related certifications
