Job Summary
Logistics Specialist III with deep involvement in customs/关务 operations responsible for managing import/export duties, coordinating with customs brokers, reviewing invoices, and ensuring data accuracy for shipments. Plays a functional expert role for logistics systems, delivers plant training on new functionality, upgrades, and changes, and collaborates cross- departmentally to resolve issues and optimize processes. Includes handling inbound/outbound freight, carrier performance, and end-of-month freight allocations, while maintaining safety, security, and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years related experience in customs/border management or logistics
- Familiar with customs processes and exception handling
- Good communication and coordination across departments
- Proficient in the operation of Tianshi Tong or customs systems
- Strong English reading/writing skills
- Experience in Japanese/Korean companies or foreign enterprises preferred
