Job Summary
Logistics Specialist II responsible for receipt, storage, issuing, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components in a GMP manufacturing environment. Performs tasks using SAP, Syncade, and Ship console systems; supports manufacturing domestically and internationally; conducts logbook entries and device operation checks for Class 1–4 areas; adheres to cGMP requirements; utilizes DMS and Trackwise for area transactions and SAP/Syncade transactions; collaborates with the team to ensure precise, compliant handling of materials. Requires high school diploma or equivalent or higher, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn systems, and a valid driver’s license. Site-based role focused on precise, in-person collaboration to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Syncade or Ship console systems is implied
