Job Summary
Logistics Specialist II will manage day-to-day execution of shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS), ensure loads are planned, executed, and delivered on time, monitor shipments and proactively resolve issues such as delays, errors, or carrier challenges, communicate with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues, manage a high volume of emails and system updates while prioritizing urgent requests, troubleshoot shipment issues across multiple transportation modes (TL, LTL, rail, bulk, hazardous material) and escalate when needed, support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions, maintain accurate shipment, rate, and operational data within systems, and assist with resolving billing or invoice discrepancies. This role follows a hybrid schedule based in Exton, PA (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across systems (email, TMS, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
