Job Summary
Logistics Specialist based in Wuxi, Jiangsu (onsite). Collaborate with sales, CS, planning and finance to manage logistics operations including 3PL warehouse management, import customs clearance, document preparation and broker submission with appropriate lead time. Monitor import customs declarations, escalate and resolve issues; manage logistics KPIs and cost verification with 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery at right cost; oversee processes for efficiency and cost optimization; handle customer complaints and provide solutions. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or above, 5+ years in logistics management, at least 3 years in import/export, familiarity with CIQ, strong communication and negotiation skills, English fluency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years logistics management experience; 3+ years import/export experience; familiarity with CIQ process; fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills; proactive attitude; ability to work cross-functionally with sales, CS, planning, and finance; SAP experience preferred; Korean language skill is a plus.
