Job Summary
Prepare optimized loads by weight and route to achieve on-time pickups and deliveries while eliminating out-of-stocks and minimizing freight costs. Exceed expectations across all customer segments by addressing requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Support cost-saving projects that drive efficiency without reducing quality and measure Key Performance Indicators to create automated data extraction for dashboards. Utilize MyDevelopment systems to facilitate regular feedback sessions and maintain compliance with government regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in process design, and strong analytical skills to improve logistics services domestically and globally.

- Experience in process design, implementation and improvement
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from field level to executive management
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed

Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in distribution, warehousing, and/or transportation
- 1 year global supply chain experience
- Experience in alcohol beverage industry or cpg overall
