Job Summary
Logistics Specialist I responsible for maintaining material receipts and inventory locations, logs for receipts/shipments, processing domestic and international shipments (pulling orders, data entry, scheduling carrier pickup), and routine cycle counting. Will issue materials to production, maintain material traceability, and coordinate pallets to the sterilization facility. Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years shipping/receiving or inventory control experience is helpful. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are important; GMP knowledge is considered helpful. Shift is 9am–5:30pm; located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving or inventory control (helpful but not required)
- Computer experience; facility with Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of GMP very helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
