Job Summary
Monitor operational logistics activities for inbound and outbound deliveries, coordinating daily fleet supervision, loading, and unloading processes. Support EHS regulatory requirements and AEO certification standards by conducting customs declarations, preparing import documents, and managing export delivery troubleshooting. Investigate customer complaints, develop corrective actions, and analyze monthly KPI reports to drive continual improvement of third-party service providers. Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline import/export procedures to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a chemical subject
- At least 3 years' working experience in international logistics
- Fluent in English both in reading and writing
- A good understanding of the imp & export process
- Rich experience in communication with government authorities such as Customs
- High degree of technical logistics knowledge
- Good product knowledge
