Logistics Specialist

Logistics Specialist who will help plan and analyze logistics resources to flow assigned products through the supply chain, ensuring efficiency, timeliness and compliance with quality requirements. Work alongside the Logistics Manager for South-East Europe, based in Italy, collaborating with factories and a multinational team. Responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing inventory parameters and data (quality, stock health, shelf life, stock levels, coverage groups, ROP, minimum stock), placing purchasing orders, supervising safety stock and demand, ensuring on-time delivery, invoicing and managing transport costs, implementing metrics and corrective actions, and developing/maintaining a master schedule for transportation information (routing, carriers, cost effectiveness). Requirements center on experience in inventory replenishment/management, warehousing, purchasing, shipping and transport, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Dynamix system; familiarity with Quality Management Systems is a plus; strong written and spoken communication in Italian and English (Turkish a plus). A background in Logistics/Supply Chain education is advantageous; diverse, inclusive work environment and opportunities for development are highlighted.
