Job Summary
Manage order entry in ProVision, including creating acknowledgments, reconciling invoices, and preparing billing. Coordinate display sample procurement, ship merchandise via FLT/LTL/Parcel, and maintain digital job jackets with all relevant project files. Execute workflows in Asana from production through customer delivery, communicate with vendors to ensure on-time shipping, and prepare customer communications for all delivery phases. Process reorders after pricing confirmation and build ezGift stores in Shopify by uploading images, setting parameters, generating redemption codes, and coordinating drop-shipments. Identify customer and vendor challenges, provide shipment direction, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer service and B2B business experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Suite, and Adobe skills
- Proven skills with customers
- Trustworthy with ethics and integrity demonstrated at the highest level
- Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with regular interruptions
- Deadline-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Creative problem solver that can operate under short deadlines
- Team player with a willingness to chip in and do whatever is needed to get the job done

Desired Qualifications
- The interested candidate can be trained to take on additional responsibility for an inside sales position or eventually Director of Strategic Relationships position, if desired.
