Job Summary
Logistics Specialist responsible for managing and coordinating transportation, storage, and distribution of goods across inbound/outbound operations, coordinating domestic and international shipments, maintaining ERP/WMS/TMS accuracy, leading warehouse associates, ensuring FIFO inventory rotation, and optimizing transportation costs while complying with QA/QMS standards. Collaborates with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, procurement, customer service, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and high service levels; audits inventory, enforces safety and process improvements, and maintains accurate documentation (BOLs, customs paperwork). Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in quality assurance, production, or logistics management, with potential travel to facilities or vendors.” ,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, production, or logistics management
