Logistics Specialist, Fulfillment Operations

Own the daily dock schedule, coordinating appointment windows for all inbound receipts and outbound shipments to eliminate conflicts and minimize dwell time. Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers and suppliers, communicating scheduling requirements, arrival expectations, and any changes that affect dock availability. Monitor inbound and outbound shipment status in real time, proactively identifying delays and adjusting the schedule to maintain uninterrupted flow. Receive, verify, and document all inbound deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips; escalate discrepancies to senior leadership. Coordinate outbound staging and carrier pickup, ensuring shipments are ready and labeled prior to scheduled departure windows. Maintain the dock area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards at all times. Partner with internal teams to align dock scheduling with operational priorities and support process improvement initiatives. Fully onsite role in Chesterfield, MO, Monday–Friday with early morning and/or evening availability required.
