Job Summary
Review and process logistics-related cases, investigate shipment issues and operational discrepancies, and verify shipment information to ensure data accuracy. Monitor logistics workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transportation and fulfillment concerns, and maintain accurate records of case activities and resolutions. Identify trends and recurring issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required)
