Logistics Specialist

Execute all operational warehouse activities including operating power equipment, shipping, processing orders, picking stock, and managing inventory. Prepare, verify, and record outgoing shipments against bills of lading, arrange carrier pickups, and generate shipping labels using systems like MS NAV and Odyssey. Perform cycle counts, space optimization, and inventory adjustments while maintaining organized department databases. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to load and unload trucks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and ISO/CMMC requirements. Communicate regularly with management to meet contract deadlines and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
