Job Summary
Logistics Specialist to manage field projects end-to-end using Salesforce to schedule, confirm, and track work; develop and maintain field schedules by coordinating labor, manpower, and timelines; coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and equipment; respond rapidly to schedule changes; support integration of Aquatomic scheduling processes as two companies merge; assist with pre-project admin such as site access and travel; identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, project coordination, or a comparable fast-paced operational role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Willingness to commute to Woburn, MA for trainings/team meetings
