Logistics Specialist

Job Summary
Review customer shipment plans and coordinate export shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with international trade regulations. Perform data screening and validation for all direct-to-customer shipments, then prepare and process required documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and PEZA/Customs certificates. Support shipping and loading activities by conducting PLID scanning, coordinate bookings with freight forwarders, and monitor truck and container movements to maintain adherence to delivery schedules. Maintain accurate updates of international shipment data in the Export System (Oracle) and prepare monthly logistics and finance reports. Escalate export-related issues to management as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in export logistics, international shipping, or trade compliance
- Experience preferably within a PEZA-registered manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of PEZA regulations
- Working knowledge of Bureau of Customs (BOC) processes
- Working knowledge of export documentation
- Working knowledge of international trade requirements
- Familiarity with International Trade Compliance (ITC)
- Familiarity with Incoterms
- Familiarity with freight forwarding processes
- Familiarity with global shipping procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
