Logistics Specialist (12 months contract)

Coordinate clean orders and process them timely by understanding customer requirements and arranging logistics to fulfill needs. Secure freight space with appointed service providers and work with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection. Prepare shipping documents for both international and domestic deliveries, then monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery. Resolve any issues with stakeholders until delivery to customers and handle ad hoc requests pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics. This 12-month contract requires minimum 8 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teammates under high stress.
