Job Summary
The Logistics Solutions Consultant is responsible for efficient and reliable freight movement while driving revenue through new business development. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client partnerships, overseeing the end-to-end shipping process, acting as a liaison among clients and carriers, negotiating contracts, and identifying new customer opportunities. Candidates should have strong negotiation and communication skills, proven relationship-building abilities, and a results-driven focus. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preferred Bachelor's degree and several years of experience in logistics sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of successful sales experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales with a proven track record in account management and business development
