Job Summary

Lead Joint Logistics Coordination and integration support for LPOV, connecting Marine Corps logistics capabilities with naval and Joint concepts, plans, platforms, doctrine, wargames, and modernization initiatives. Apply Lean Six Sigma and related methods to improve logistics processes and capability outcomes. Prepare and facilitate meetings with senior leadership, develop standard templates for documentation, and conduct annual analyses of logistics functional capabilities, gaps, and investment recommendations across all Capability Portfolio Managers. Review Joint capability development outputs, evaluate Universal Needs Statements, and provide subject matter expertise for Joint Staff Functional Capability Board meetings. Support the implementation of Joint capability efforts across the Marine Corps, including analytics, capability development documents, and the Marine Corps CBA process. Requires an active Level TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of military logistics experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Located at Pentagon, Washington, D.C., with an estimated start date of September 13, 2026.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Level TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of specialized experience working in military logistics and supply chain management processes and procedures at the Strategic, Operational and Tactical levels
  • Proven skills in planning, organizing, and leading teams for development and implementation of proposals that involve substantial resources, requirements for extensive changes in established work processes and operations
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps structures, missions and programs for organizations involved in logistics activities
  • Experience in Joint capability development, PBBEA, or posture/force management
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps and U.S. Navy doctrine, logistics structure, processes, and naval/Joint command inter-relationships
  • Experience conducting analysis of new and emerging DoD, Service, Joint doctrine, concepts, strategies, and directives
  • Experience conducting analysis of required logistics functional capabilities, gaps, and investment recommendations across all Capability Portfolio Managers
  • Experience developing and reviewing ETMS2 Tasks to include integrating multiple inputs and consolidating responses (up to 3-star level tasks)
  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis with respect to logistics processes to include analysis of interoperability with other service Logistics processes
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with OPNAV N4, Joint Staff Logistics FCB, MARFOR/MEF organizations, Global Prepositioning, or naval platform integration
